古時有一個婦人，特別喜歡為一些瑣碎的小事生氣。她也知道自己這樣不好，便去求一位高僧為自己談禪說道，開闊心胸。
高僧聽了她的講述，一言不發地把她領到一座禪房中，落鎖而去。
婦人氣得跳腳大罵。罵了許久，高僧也不理會。婦人又開始哀求，高僧仍置若罔聞。婦人終于沈默了。高僧來到門 外，問她︰你還生氣嗎?
婦人說︰”我只為我自己生氣，我怎么會到這地方來受這份罪.”
“連自己都不原諒的人怎么能心如止水？”高僧拂袖而去。
過了一會兒，高僧又問她︰”還生氣嗎?”
“不生氣了。” 婦人說。
“為什麼?”
“氣也沒有辦法呀.”
“你的氣並未消逝，還壓在心裡，爆發后將會更加劇烈.” 高僧又離開了。
高僧第三次來到門前，婦人告訴他︰”我不生氣了，因為不值得氣.”
“還知道值不值得，可見心中還有衡量，還是有氣根.” 高僧笑道。
當高僧的身影迎著夕陽立在門外時，婦人問高僧︰”大師，什麼是氣？
高僧將手中的茶水傾洒于地。婦人視之良久，頓悟。叩謝而去。
何苦要氣？氣便是別人吐出而你卻接到口裡的那種東西，你吞下便會反胃，你不看他時，他便會消散了。
氣是用別人的過錯來懲罰自己的蠢行。
夕陽如金，皎月如銀，人生的福祉和快樂尚且享受不盡，那裡還有時間去氣呢？

近日,在網上看到很多怨氣,字裏行間各人或多或少都為某種人,某點事而動怒. 為昨日的一個決定而梗梗於懷;而唏噓;而歎息,….工作上;感情上;朋輩中...為家庭;為事業;為學業;為前途;為下半生幸福的無數個未知而煩惱….
其實,值得嗎?

人生匆匆數十寒暑,有云:"佰世修來同渡船,仟世收來共枕眠"
每一天擦身而過的多不勝數,有緣才會遇上,又何必為已過去的動氣?
懂得包容,懂得放開,懂得寬恕,懂得體恤,
豁達一點,眼光放遠一點,世界會美麗一點.

第一：不要大意
維護一份感情,千萬大意不得。 不要因為工作忙事情多,就忽略了兩人的感情生活。
尤其是已婚的夫婦,千萬不要因為工作而疏忽了家庭。另外,千萬不要找機會讓感情受到考驗。
有很多女孩子喜歡把她們的男朋友和其他女孩子放在一起，以考驗他的忠誠。當然，一份經的起考驗的愛情是很美的，但是愛情是很脆弱的，絕大多數的愛情都很經不起考驗,當您認清這個適時的時候，已經為時已晚
第二：不要死板
現代的社會中充滿了各種引誘，如果您認為您很忠厚老實,又沒有做錯什麼，就能永遠擁有對方的心，那您就大錯特錯了。
男女間溝通的內容及分享的能力，對於一份感情的維繫是很重要的。您一定要不停的充實自己，讓兩人的感情常保新鮮。
第三：不要比較
千萬不要拿您的伴侶與他人做比較，尤其是已婚的男女。當您選擇了一個人作為您終生的伴侶時，就要相信他或她,是您一生最好的伴侶千萬不要在第三者面前批評您的伴侶。
第四：不要作孽
不要以為對方不知道，就做出不應該做的事。另外，在愛情的世界裡，不要斤斤計較。
對您的配偶好一點，相信您一定會得回更多。在愛情的世界裡，並不是您拿的越多就越賺,有時多為對方找想，反而能使您的感情生活更美滿。
試想，您到外出差，出門後才發現太太在您的皮夾多留了錢,還留了字條：「怕你會不夠用，多留了六千塊，不要省，注意安全。」請問，您會不會因為太太叫您不要省，就真的在外花個痛快？最後，我們要提醒您，愛情這個東西有時候是沒有道理可講的。有時不管您如何的努力，下多少心機還是無法讓一份感情天長地久。

One Flow in Women
Received this via e-mail and would like to share it with all visitors, esp. those who still in the process of trying to understand women................
By the time the Lord made woman,
He was into his sixth day of working overtime.
An angel appeared and said,
"Why are you spending so much time on this one?"
And the Lord answered,
"Have you seen my spec sheet on her?
She has to be completely washable,
but not plastic, have over 200 movable parts,
all replaceable and able to run on diet coke and leftovers,
have a lap that can hold four children at one time,
have a kiss that can cure anything from a scraped knee
to a broken heart -and she will do everything with only two hands."
The angel was astounded at the requirements. "Only two hands!? No way!
And that's just on the standard model? That's too much work for one day.
Wait until tomorrow to finish."
But I won't," the Lord protested.
"I am so close to finishing this creation that is so close to my own heart.
She already heals herself when she is sick AND can work 18 hour days"
The angel moved closer and touched the woman.
"But you have made her so soft, Lord."
"She is soft," the Lord agreed,
"but I have also made her tough.
You have no idea what she can endure or accomplish."
"Will she be able to think?" asked the angel.
The Lord replied, "Not only will she be able to think,
she will be able to reason and negotiate."
The angel then noticed something,
and reaching out, touched the woman's cheek.
"Oops, it looks like you have a leak in this model.
I told you that you were trying to put too much into this one"
"That's not a leak," the Lord corrected,
"that's a tear!" "What's the tear for?" the angel asked.
The Lord said, "The tear is her way of expressing her joy,
her sorrow, her pain, her disappointment, her love,
her loneliness, her grief and her pride."
The angel was impressed. "You are a genius, Lord.
You thought of everything! Woman is truly amazing."
And she is!
Women have strengths that amaze men.
They bear hardships and they carry burdens, but they hold happiness,
love and joy.
They smile when they want to scream.
They sing when they want to cry.
They cry when they are happy and laugh when they are nervous.
They fight for what they believe in.
They stand up to injustice.
They don't take "no" for an answer when they believe there is a better solution.
They go without so their family can have.
They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.
They love unconditionally.
They cry when their children excel and cheer when their friends get awards.
They are happy when they hear about a birth or a wedding.
Their hearts break when a friend dies.
They grieve at the loss of a family member,
yet they are strong when they think there is no strength left.
They know that a hug and a kiss can heal a broken heart.
Women come in all shapes, sizes and colours.
They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you to show how much they care about you.
The heart of a woman is what makes the world keep turning.
They bring joy, hope and love.
They have compassion and ideals.
They give moral support to their family and friends.
Women have vital things to say and everything to give.
HOWEVER, IF THERE IS ONE FLAW IN WOMEN,
IT IS THAT THEY FORGET THEIR WORTH.

有幸看到圓圓姑娘日昨刊登文章一篇, 題為不風流的男人, 發覺女仕們對 ”風流”一詞略有以偏蓋全之感, 而風信子姑娘並於留言版廣邀男仕答辯, 特於此略舒己見,對各位女仕們並無半點不敬之意,在下不才,自幼家貧書少讀,措詞如有冒犯之處僅於此向大家賠個不是.
翻查詞典, 風流解說很多, 現收錄如下:
解一:流風餘韻。漢書“卷六十九”“趙充國等傳”贊曰：其風聲氣俗自古而然，今之歌謠慷慨，風流猶存耳。
解二:儀表及態度。南史 “卷三十一”張裕傳：此楊柳風流可愛，似張緒當年時。
解三:品格。南朝宋劉義慶“世說新語”品藻：理義所得，優劣乃復未辨；然門庭蕭寂，居然有名士風流，殷不及韓。
解四:不拘守禮法。晉書”卷八十”王羲之傳：少有盛名，而高邁不羈，雖閑居終日，容止不怠，風流為一時之冠。

九個解釋中, 只有少部份 (七和九)以風流來形容男仕不撿點的行徑, 其實, 程某認為, 漢書和南史的解說比較中肯, 風流風流, 隨風而流,為之風流, 比較貼切. 一個人漂泊不定亦可視之為風流, 志在四方,喜歡天下任我闖,亦可視之為風流. 有所謂人不風流枉少年. 男仕們年少氣盛, 天不怕, 地不怕, 對很多事情, 事物都存有好奇心, 自然希望趁年輕時看多點, 知多點. 人, 天輔予好奇心, 求知慾高不足為奇, 到他們年紀到了某一階段, 人開始成熟, 見多了, 識已廣的時候 自會發現到處楊梅一樣花,一切原來都不外如是,畢竟已經見過了, 心息了, 自然便會收心養性. 君不見武俠小說中男主角通常都生性風流, 但又頗得女仕歡心? 所以, 風流並非壞事, 風流無罪. 不風流的男人, 妳跟他,要有心理準備, 十二分平淡的過下半生. 也非壞事. 路, 是自己選的.
請大家不要誤會, 在下並非股吹風流, 但風流並不代表咸濕. 風流是一種個性, 咸濕乃一種行徑, 一種態度, 比較下流, 為世俗和禮法所不容 (起碼在公眾場合). 好色等同荒淫, 要不得.
