"Friends are like wine:
You picked them up when they were young,
Some, you would like to keep for long while others will come and go,
Good friends could be "aged", get mellow as time goes by, and get better,
Not so good ones will turn sour after several years,
For those who has the potential to "age", the longer they age,
the more you treasure them, because you know that they cannot be replaced.
Older vintages are harder to get,
and there is no guarantee of their availability.
Even though they are available, it will cost you a lot.
Because older vintages will only get scarce, that's the fact.
Some people have a good and wide variety of collections,
Some only keep the newest vintages from specific regions;
Some don't know and lost track of what they have;
And some don't even bother to have their cellar checked!
I'm glad that I know I have a cellar for me here,
part of my "California Collections" are from the early years,
Which I am going to keep for the rest of my life,
If they are willing to be "aged" with me tight......"

This wine is too young, too thin, too fragile, no depth, color not pleasing (too pale),
girl should look pinky/red, so go with
red! That will help to improve blood circulation too.
Patience is important for the wine to be aged.
Make new friends, do not forget old friends;
New is silver, old is gold.

I don't know why I like Choya so much, especially the soda and the honey-dew version. Probably, I usually drink it during festive occasions at home. It recalls me warm times with family.
Choya is a good ingredient for cocktails.
Hot Chocolate no good mei?

Hyacinthus: Hot cholocate got too mcuh sugar ma....yeah, having hot drinks next to a fire place in winter time, covered your legs with a blanket, without lights, just watching the sparks and the flame dancing around is a really nice and romantic experience. :)
